We also offer free tickets to companions of customers who are unable to attend alone – find out more.
When available, concessions are limited by performance, date, time and seating area. They may be withdrawn at any time and are subject to availability. Proof of eligibility will be required upon ticket collection.
From time to time Venue Cymru / Theatr Colwyn run special offers/discounts for customers on the mailing list. Again they may be withdrawn at any time and are subject to availability. Offers/discounts can not be redeemed against tickets already purchased and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Tickets can be paid for by cheque, postal order, credit / debit card or PayPal. Please make cheques payable to Conwy County Borough Council. Personal cheques will not be accepted within 10 days of the performance.
Please note PayPal payments will show as Conwy County Borough Council (Venue Cymru) on bank statements.

An administration fee and theatre restoration levy is payable per ticket on all payment methods, details can be found under the pricing on the show listing. All arena concert events are subject to a gig fee per ticket regardless of payment method and varies from event to event. Fees are non-refundable.
The theatre restoration levy is added to each ticket sold in order to maintain our building, meet running costs and improve the services we offer. This is included in the published price.

On the majority of productions children aged 2 and under are not required to purchase a ticket provided they sit on a parent/guardians knee. Certain visiting companies will stipulate their own policy which differs to ours, if this is the case it will be clearly indicated on the event page prior to booking.
