Christmas Party Nights 2024 Menu

Starters

• Oak roasted salmon Arancini with pickled radish, pink kale and caper aioli
• Goat’s cheese and thyme mousse with sourdough croutons, beetroot puree and rocket
• Cream of parsnip and lentil soup with bloomer bread

Mains

• Roasts breast of Turkey with confit leg and sage stuffing, ‘pigs in blanket ‘and a rich recurrent gravy
• Roasted butternut squash and polenta wellington with a béarnaise sauce
• Grilled seabass with chargrilled asparagus and a lemon butter sauce 

(Served with crushed rosemary potatoes, roast potatoes, honey baked carrots and sprout puree)

Desserts

• Dark chocolate tart with brandy Anglaice and Christmas pudding ice cream
• Lemon and popping candy cheese cake with gin and vanilla soaked berries
• Selection of 3 cheese- Perl Wen, Perl Las & Caerphilly with a spiced tomato chutney, pickled celery and crackers
