Smoked Mackerel with compressed cucumber and saffron mayonnaise (GF)

Panko breaded king prawns with Korean slaw and black sesame seeds 

Chicken liver pate, Parma ham with brioche sticks and roasted fig

Chargrilled Asparagus with puffed rice and quinoa pistou dressing (VE) (g/f)

Perl Las and rocket crostini with pickled walnut and celery dressing  

 

Mains

Baked lemon buttered hake with parsley crumb with a caper and ratatouille gnocchi  

Roasted chicken supreme with smoked salt mash, Bon Bon and a Tuscan cream sauce

Moroccan lamb shoulder with apricot and herb Cous Cous and a mint yogurt

Thai spiced lentil cake in a coconut spiced sauce, coriander angel noodles with crumbling of cashew nuts (ve)

Goat’s cheese and Artichoke Risotto with sage leaves and fried onions (V)

Glazed pork belly and cheek with Sweet potato fondant, creamed leeks and crackling dust   

8oz sirloin steak with beer battered onion rings, chunky chips and peppercorn sauce (Supplement £6.00)
